Five LEFT/MEFT students selected for the 2024 Gulbenkian New Talents programme in Physics

Five students from the Technological Physics Engineering programme at Técnico have been selected for the Gulbenkian New Talents programme in the field of Physics. Carolina Miranda (MEFT), José Costa (LEFT), Duarte Lopes (LEFT), João Belas (MEFT), and José Mariano (MEFT) (from left to right in the photo) will receive a scholarship that includes an immersive talent enrichment programme, featuring tutorials and guidance from a Scientific Committee. This creates an opportunity to transform potential talent into exceptional and innovative performance.
